We provide private loans to individual investors, foreign nationals and resident aliens, and corporate structures.
We qualify this special class of borrower utilizing debt coverage ratio guidelines based upon the cash flows of the property. Borrower income is not stated or verified. We accept applicants with credit scores as low as 620.

A commonsense approach to financing
We take a commonsense approach to underwriting investment properties, using a borrower’s creditworthiness to determine their willingness and ability to repay the loan.
