Loan Servicing Operations Specialist
Position Location: Warner Center
We are a highly funded investment firm that provides asset-based lending for borrowers and/or properties that do not meet conventional underwriting guidelines. As a direct lender, we offer quick investment decisions while obtaining faster closings for our clients. Our technological and autonomous environment allows us to create quick and unique solutions for any non-conforming needs.
Additionally we are a full-spectrum mortgage servicer, providing our clients with superior servicing solutions for both performing and non-performing portfolios. We cater to our investors needs to provide the utmost return for our investors on their portfolios. In addition we strive to service each customer/investor with the best customer service skills possible to assure they are getting the service they deserve.
We are continually growing and are seeking experienced loan servicers to join our team. Your position will entail boarding loans to our servicing platform (FiServ) and working with a diverse staff making collection calls, Senior lien tracking and tracking the foreclosure and bankruptcies to assure all timelines are met.
The following are required:

An Understanding of Bankruptcy Chapter 7, 11 & 13 processes

Ability to file a proof of claim and/or a Motion for relief

An understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practice (FDCPA)

Foreclosure process and attorney follow up. Loss Mitigation experience a plus!
Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service. Other requirements include: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, highly efficient and organized; ability to multi-task and work independently, a positive, “can-do" attitude. Prior experience using the FiServ LoanServ platform highly preferred.
