Eli Tene | President
Tene specializes in commercial joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has negotiated over 1,000 short sale transactions and is highly specialized in REO's, as well as residential and commercial investments. Tene received his education at California State University, Northridge.

Jeff Simon | Vice President
Simon began his 18-year real estate career managing a Los Angeles Escrow Company. Since joining Peak Finance Company in 1994, he has specialized in analyzing residential and commercial transactions. As the company developed, Simon gained solid expertise in distressed residential and commercial financing and assisted in generating large demand for the creative solutions that Peak Finance offers. Simon later spearheaded the hard money and bridge loan arm to further assist commercial investors, developers and private individuals in obtaining quick financing for their residential homes or commercial projects. |

Gil Priel | Secretary
Priel began his 30-year real estate career in investment and development by privately funding a group of commercial and real estate acquisitions in the Los Angeles area. In 1980, Priel was appointed Vice President of Gor Construction and Development, and followed as President of Priel Investment Properties, Inc. Ten years later, Priel joined forces with Eli Tene to build a platform of companies known as the Corporate Network, which is a one-stop-shop of various real estate services. Currently, Priel is the Managing Director of Peak Capital Group, a private equity fund. He received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and holds a Law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. |

Robert Ray | Chief Operating Officer
Ray is responsible for guiding and managing all aspects of Peak Finance Company which include: expanding the sales force, adding new technology, and coordinating with affiliate companies. A mortgage industry expert with 23 years of experience, Ray previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at Pacifica Mortgage in Encino before he joined the Peak Finance team. Prior to working at Pacifica, Ray built thriving teams at Western Federal, Oakmont Mortgage, First Advantage Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. |

Ronnie Lahav | Loan Consultant
Lahav joined the Peak Finance family in August of 2003. Through various positions and responsibilities, Lahav has 29 years of experience in sales and marketing, making him an integral player at Peak Finance Company. He specializes in residential and multi-unit financing solutions for new buyers and existing property owners. Through hundreds of successful loan fundings and constant availability for consultation, Lahav has built a very large and satisfied client base.

Jeff Benoun | Loan Consultant
Benoun comes to Peak Finance from Cimax Home Mortgage, Inc., where he served as Vice President, and was responsible for secondary market pricing and approvals, as well as streamlining daily operations. Benoun has worked in the financial industry since 1987 and has gained solid experience, diverse contacts and extensive knowledge, all making him an invaluable member of the Peak team of professionals. Prior to Cimax, Benoun worked as Vice President of Real Estate Servicing for First Federal Bank, and Vice President of California Bear Credit Union. This depth of mortgage lending experience allows Benoun to understand and provide each client with programs that will meet their unique lending needs.
